Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
Each individual person may maintain only one (1) active vipj account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, GCash accounts, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. vipj employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual will be permanently closed, and all balances, bonuses, and winnings across all accounts will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipj account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify vipj immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].
vipj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
vipj is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include a Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, Postal ID, or PhilSys National ID. Additional documentation may be requested at vipj's discretion, including proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of GCash wallet matching the registered mobile number) or proof of address.
KYC verification typically completes within one (1) business hour. vipj reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC, and to terminate accounts where identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.
You may request closure of your vipj account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
vipj reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses regulatory or operational risk.
vipj accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP):
vipj does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transfer fees or limits, for which vipj accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will trigger an account review. vipj reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to place a hold on associated winnings pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on the account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the vipj account. vipj may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals of significant amounts. Withdrawals of active bonus balances are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
All transactions on the vipj Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). vipj does not maintain multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player's bank or payment provider.

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 25× means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱25,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal). Game contributions to wagering requirements vary by game type:

Where bonus abuse is detected, vipj reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
vipj operates a tiered VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Tier status is determined by monthly wagering volume and reviewed on the first business day of each calendar month. VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and birthday bonuses — are applicable only during periods of active tier qualification. VIP status does not confer ownership rights or guaranteed continuation of any specific benefit level.
📋 vipj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or the VIP program at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. No compensation will be payable for modifications to or discontinuation of promotional programs.
All games on the vipj Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or sports market. vipj reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time. For live casino tables, table-specific minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed before the Player joins.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipj Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Where local law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, vipj's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall vipj's total cumulative liability to any individual Player exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
The vipj Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
vipj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
vipj complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines in its handling of all personal data. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

Your continued use of the vipj Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the vipj Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and vipj, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. vipj will endeavor to respond to and resolve disputes within ten (10) business days. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction within the Philippines.
For matters within the jurisdiction of PAGCOR's regulatory oversight, complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. vipj cooperates fully with PAGCOR investigations and regulatory inquiries.
